This is a vacant land located right next to the old Ky Thinh school structure. In 2003, the school tried to request funding from the states to repair and build new classrooms but, there was no funding available. In 2009, Savice became interested in helping the school. After Savice’s committee reviewed the proposal, funding was approved to build 3 new classrooms for the school.

Ky Thinh school was established in rural farm lands. The students were always taught to "Always trust the good things in life!" After Savice came to help the school, the State became more mindful and motivated to appropriate local budget to support construction of additional classrooms for the school.
