The Luong Dong Chang'an is the oldest school in Truoi, Hue City and has more than 100 years of history in it. The school is known to many artists, teachers, and intellectuals of the country. The old school building is situated next to the vacant land above. It is the students and teachers wish to have multi-function rooms, such as a library, reading room, training room for gifted students, computer room, auditorium and a sports activity room, in this vacant land.

SAVICE funding for the Luong Dong Chang'an school made it possible to turn the vacant land into a multi-function rooms that the students and teachers has wished for. The construction that started in the summer of 2009 has received a lot of attention and support not only from the local managing board, but also from Dr. Hoang Trong Chau, Professor of Medicine Institute of the University of Hue. The work was completed in time for use at the beginning of the school year of 2009-2010.
